The 57a Miera St. Miera Park House building is located in the historical centre of Riga, in the middle of the route between Old Riga and Riga’s largest recreation park, Mežaparks. Miera St. was also named a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Miera Park House is one of the few premium class apartment buildings in Riga that were developed using modern technologies to meet high living standard requirements. The construction of the building was a major challenge for the specialists involved, with no compromises made at the expense of quality, so that its residents can enjoy an upscale living. Select quality finishing materials, concise aesthetics and perfect details describe the work of its architects and builders.
The Miera Park House building comprises two sections (5-floor and 4-floor), natural stone combined with matted and clear glass was used to finish its facade.
This upscale building offers flats from 62 m2 up to 238 m2. Here, everyone can find a flat that suits them best and has the most convenient layout, because each flat is treated as a custom project. In total, there are 38 1- to 4-room flats in the building. All the flats and their spacious balconies face south, which offers more sun, while the corridors, stairs and lifts face north.
The flats have been prepared in 3 full finish levels, making it possible for new residents to choose one of the variants offered by the interior designer. The flats have been equipped with high-quality kitchen furniture and equipment, and all the necessary household appliances.
The top quality of the flats’ finish and equipment is demonstrated by the brands we have chosen, including the Villeroy&Boch and Laufen bathroom and lavatory equipment, the baths made by the Latvian producer Vispool, the kitchen furniture from Boffi, ALNO and ZEPHYR FURNITURE. In choosing household appliance, such brands as Miele, Kuppersbusch and Electrolux were preferred.
The residents of each flat will be able to enjoy the advantages of their own balcony or terrace. WPC composite TEAK terrace boards made in France were used in their finish, and each balcony is equipped with facade lighting.
Taking into account that parking cars in Riga’s streets is becoming increasingly difficult, we have solved this problem as well: the underground level of the building houses a spacious car park for 50 vehicles. The underground level also includes storage units for the residents of the building.
The land adjacent and belonging to the building (3811 m2) is fenced off, equipped with security, well-developed and well-lit. The internal court in between the two sections of the building offers trees and bushes, park benches and a playground. The well-furnished and green roof terrace of the building is equipped with a sauna.
