First topping-out ceremony at IRIS SHAMPETERIS APARTMENTS

The first topping-out ceremony was held at the IRIS SHAMPETERIS APARTMENTS development site on August 17th. Dozens of pepole who are involved in the project were gather to celebrate the achievement of the highest point of House «A» and the completion of major construction works in the first residential building of IRIS SHAMPETERIS APARTMENTS. During the ceremony, project developers thanked construction company “PROPETEX“ and projects architects “Palast Architekts“ for their persistance and determined work, that included meeting tight deadline schedules, valuable construction insights, suggestions and determination to build a lasting high quality real estate project. Development company representative with enthusiasm stated: “Riga will have a beautiful, modern project that blends with nature and celebrates it,  as well as  it will become a beautiful addition to the ever changing and dynamic Shampetera district – somewhat a safe haven from fast paced city life.“
