Modern DEMO apartment is now open and available for visits at IRIS SHAMPETERIS APARTMENTS project
IRIS SHAMPETERIS APARTMETNS concludes the year
with the opening of the projects 1st demo apartment of stage A. Stage A contains two
residential buildings, offering 72 apartments, with 2-3 rooms with
living area from 55 to 130 square meters. IRIS project offers sunny,
high quality apartments with full finishes. The project will be
carried out in four stages with more than 200 modern and stylish
apartments situated in a gated, safe, landscaped and private
area. 
Building 1 in
stage A includes 24 apartments and will be completed in the near
future, during spring 2019. The Building 2 &3 with additional 48
apartments will be completed soon after - early summer 2019. IRIS developer considers
building 1 as a success story as it’s already almost 50% sold out
before the commissioning date.
