80% of apartments in the KALNCIEMA KVARTĀLA Rezidences project have already been sold

When interested persons have particularly activated at the end of the last year, the number of apartments available in the KALNCIEMA KVARTĀLA Rezidences project shrank to 36. Thus, 80% of residential areas of the total 184 apartments available in the project have already been sold. The people buying property in KALNCIEMA KVARTĀLA Rezidences choose it not only because of its quality and favourable location. The cosiness secured by its closed private territory with a huge recreation area, a playground and possibilities to park a car, and the feeling of safety reinforced by video surveillance and physical 24 h guarding of the territory are very important factors, which are provided by only a few modern projects - in particular, if we are talking about residential areas, which can be bought starting from 52000 EUR.

“KALNCIEMA KVARTĀLA Rezidences has been created as a new residential block in place of the former textile factory Rita - the project developer has carefully renewed existing buildings giving the historical buildings a new and modern lease of life, by successfully turning them into a cosy, light and appealing place of residence“ , tells Jānis Mednis, a sales consultant at IMMOSTATE. 

The KALNCIEMA KVARTĀLA Rezidences project consists of three four-storey residential buildings and one standalone building with individual apartments and adjacent terraces. Overall the project has 184 apartments with an area from 26 m² to 100 m²: suite type, large apartments giving a feeling of a private house, both modern, sunny, one-and-a-half storey apartments with large windows and exit to a terrace. The project is located at Valentina Street 16 - just a few steps from the main streets of Riga and at the same time in the quiet Agenskalns.

On February 7, from 16:30 to 20:00, all the interested persons will have a possibility to see KALNCIEMA KVARTĀLA Rezidences in person. During this Doors Open Day interested persons will be accompanied and consulted by real estate specialists from IMMOSTATE, but Citadele experts will provide information on possible funding.
