To this day, this succesful coorporation has contributed to the great achievment of selling  90% of IRIS apartments in House A and  55% in House B & C. 

According to the latest data from IRIS SHAMPETERIS APARTMENTS developer, only four unsold 1-bedroom apartments remain in House A. These apartments range from 50.4-51.2 m2 and are located on the ground and 3rd floors of the building.
