metropolitan project Loft&Rosegold provides progressive Latvian
and international companies with an excellent opportunity to set up

Located at st.
Strelnieku 8, Loft&Rosegold consists of a 7-storey new
building and a 4-storey fully restored historical building. Premises
for commercial use are available in both. Some of them are already
occupied by tenants such as Trentini, the famous
architectural and design bureau.
Format and layouts of currently unleased commercial premises of this prestigious complex are diverse, thereby allowing representatives of various business sectors to choose the option most suitable for them. The premises are suitable for office needs, as well as for setting up a bureau, saloon, medical clinic, food court complex, also provision of various services, educational institutions, and a sports club are amongst many possible uses.
Right on the ground floor of
the new Rosegold building, compact commercial premises (61.9
sq. m.) are located on the façade side with access to Emila Melngaila
Street, there are also two spacious interior commercial premises
(338.1 and 356.9 sq. m.) available for potential tenants and buyers.
In the historic LOFT building, in
which the ceiling is as high as 6 meters, 5 commercial premises are
readily available for their tenants. One of these have an exit to
Strelnieku Street. The area available on the ground floor is 667 sq.

sq. m of truly fantastic space for work and creativity. A special

All commercial areas offered in
Loft&Rosegold are without finish, but the developer is
also ready to deliver a turnkey solution. Standard rental rates range
from EUR 14.5 to EUR 25.5 per sq. m. Service fee is only EUR 1.1 per
sq. m. + VAT.
Commissioned in February 2020, as soon as the pandemic subsided, Loft&Rosegold was actively settling in. The first tenants have already moved in, and owners of a dozen more apartments will soon be completing their repairs and are preparing to move there. According to the developers, at the beginning of autumn, 40% of all apartments in the residential part of the complex were sold.
