In the upcoming residential project at Balozu Street 9, Riga, half of the apartments have already been sold

The construction of the future building in Agenskalns, in the quarter between Ernestines, Kapselu and Balozu streets, has been successfully started, where half of the 18 apartments have been already reserved in the first three months of announcement.Whilst the construction of the project has just started, the interest of customers in this project can be assessed as very high. We are happy that our project is liked by variety of citizens: young specialists, families and also investors, who value this as a favorable place for investments. All clients have appreciated the preservation of the historic visual appearance of the new building that is complemented with more modern ascetic forms.

Currently, there are yet 9 two-, three- and four-room apartments available for reservation in the building. All apartments will be with high-quality finishing. With the construction of the Balozu Street 9 project, the environmental infrastructure in Agenskalns will be significantly improved and housing suitable for the ever-increasing requirements of customers will be offered. 2.5 million euros are invested in the implementation of the project. The building is scheduled to be commissioned in January 2022.

Agenskalns undoubtedly becomes an increasingly sought-after district of Riga. The nearby shops, schools, kindergartens and transport make their living comfortable, but many green parks and squares provide ample opportunities for both peaceful and active recreation, making Agenskalns more and more attractive, especially for families with children. The location of the district is advantageous - close to the center of Riga, which can be quickly reached not only by car, but also on foot or by public transport.

The project is being implemented by Estonian real estate developer Hepsor. The company has been operating in Latvia since the end of 2017 and in cooperation with the Estonian construction company “Mitt&Perlebach“ implements several residential projects in the quiet center of the capital and Agenskalns, as well as develops commercial premises on the outskirts of Riga. In the coming years, Hepsor will make large-scale investments not only in the residential but also in the commercial segment, including the Daugava right bank building project Krasta City.
