Sales of flats in Tallinn in Q2 grew by 19.7 pct in comparison with Q1

A real estate market overview by the company Uus Maa demonstrated that the there were 2,007 flats sold in Tallinn in the second quarter, writes Postimees Online.

This is 19.7 per cent more than in the first quarter.

The median price of a square metre continued growing; in the second quarter it was 1,106 euros, which is 5.5 per cent more than the median price in the first quarter of 2013 and 12.3 per cent more than the second quarter of 2012.
