The interior of the room is made in natural colors, creating a harmonious synthesis between the natural materials used in the decoration – stone pattern tiles in the decoration of the fireplace and decorative wooden surfaces in the rest space of the room. Two glass walls in the living room offer a view of the landscaped garden and the pine forest. On the ground floor, there is also a kitchen area, fit out with high quality appliances and stone worktops. The kitchen area is also suitable for receiving guests - the kitchen has a bar made of natural wood in the Scandinavian style and a dining table. The glass walls of the kitchen are connected to a part of the terrace overlooking the natural pine forest. While cooking, you can listen to the melody of the sea. During the competition, the original and innovative architectural concept of the house was acknowledged, as well as the project’s interaction with the environment, in particular, with the seaside landscape. The concept of the house and the used building materials that ensure high-quality operation of the object in the future were highly appreciated.
