The building is most elegant artistic eclectically decorative Art Nouveau building, which is distinguished by its luxurious facade design. The central focus of the building is  the corner bay window, surrounded by chestnut foliage, which is decorated with floral motifs. Bay in the center - the sun glided decor, which is observed in many different variations of Art Nouveau building facades - it symbolizes life prosperity, renewal, and to some extent also characterizes this historic period in Riga.

The facade was renovated in 1983 in collaboration with the Polish restorers, at the end of the 20th century building stairwell ceilings established steel construction with glass blocks.

House was completely renovated in 2018 - facade, roof, communications, interior. Necessary historical research and expertise has been done. All historical elements have been restored. Historic gilded elements of the facade were restored, decorative window frames on the 3rd floor were restored (each window is unique). The only one of its kind (in Latvia) automatic facade lighting system - hidden lighting elements that do not spoil the appearance of the facade. Modern communications - new electrical wiring, water sewage, central heating system (heat meters on each floor), fireplaces on each floor, new ventilation system, air conditioning system in each room (DAIKIN), video cameras, video door phones, alarm system.

The house is located next to t / c "Gallery Center", located opposite the parking lot, an active pedestrian - the tourist flow.
