We started public sales of new houses in February 2023 and to date we have sold 39 units, which is 26% of the total available in the current construction phase. Apartment sizes start from 29.8 m2 and larger ones reach 113.6 m2, prices range from 192,000 - 1,147,000 euros. Square meter prices vary between 5,600 - 10,097 euros. At the beginning of sale, we had 10 apartments reaching price of 10,000 euro per square meter and we already have sold five of them. There is a lot of interest in larger units with a sea view, as it is such a unique location with several added values - an underground parking lot, a car-free area between the buildings, an open sea park with a playground and leisure opportunities, and of course a beautiful promenade by the sea. One of the unique opportunities in the new construction phase is to buy loft-style apartments occupying two floors.
