Our fully furnished 4-room apartment is available for a fixed-term rental from 1 September 2026 until 31 January 2027. We are a local family going on an Erasmus exchange to Portugal and are looking for responsible tenants to enjoy our home while we are away.

The apartment consists of three separate rooms and a dining room, offering a practical and flexible layout for different living arrangements.

It is well suited for two Erasmus students, two friends sharing, a couple, two couples if the layout suits your needs, a family moving to Riga for several months, or another family going on an Erasmus exchange together.

The apartment is located in one of Riga's most charming historic neighbourhoods, Āgenskalns, combining peaceful surroundings with excellent access to the city centre.

Victory Park offers excellent sports and recreation facilities throughout the year. In winter you can enjoy cross-country skiing, while in summer there are cycling and roller skating tracks, basketball courts, a skate park, table tennis and many other outdoor activities.

For families with young children, we can also recommend a private kindergarten located just 5 minutes away.
