Colliers: Baltic States commercial real estate overview Q2 2023

Q2 2023 continued to remain expectedly calm in Estonia, while Latvia achieved a better result compared to Q1 and Lithuania demonstrated resiliency.

Q2 2023 continued to remain expectedly calm in Estonia with total known 1HY investment volume reaching only EUR 64 million and local capital being behind more than 90% of invested volume.

In Q2 2023, investment volume in Latvia reached EUR 55 million, which even though is better result than achieved in Q1 but still below typical market figures (-60% YOY in 1HY 2023).

Despite initially uncertain outlook and unfavourable forecasts, Lithuanian investment market demonstrated resilience and attracted notable investment activity, especially in the office and entertainment segments, with total investment volume reaching approx. EUR 122 million in Q2 2023.
