2023 remains expectedly calm in Estonia with total known Q1-Q3 investment volume amounting to ca EUR 105 million, which is 2.5 times less than a year ago. Q3 saw several new owner-occupation deals with retail properties in Tallinn region and production facilities across Estonia. Thus, Rimi acquired the Veski Market, a neighbourhood shopping centre in Laargi to become both the owner and grocery anchor, while the Paepargi Maxima supermarket in Lasnamäe was purchased by Maxima from Capital Mill.
