Every fourth apartment in the first buildings of «Magdelēnas
kvartāls», which were completed this April, has now been sold,
and the first residents have already moved into their new homes.
During the first
phase, two buildings were completed, with 116 apartments, including
seven Live-Work units, which have living space on the first floor and
working area on the ground floor. The residents also benefit from
storage spaces and a closed type car park.
The quarter is located in the very heart of Riga: the Quiet Centre. Between the buildings, a large garden is set up, free of cars and exclusively for the use of the residents of the first buildings.
