Kalaranna District - one of the most outstanding residential areas in Tallinn
In Tallinn, we have started construction and sale of the next phase of the Kalaranna quarter on the border of the old town. The first 8 houses have been completed and sold, except for 1 model apartment.
At the current stage of construction, 4 new houses, a total of 146 residences and 4 commercial premises, are being built on Kalaranna 8 plot.
The diverse and architecturally enriching Kalaranna district has undoubtedly been one of the most anticipated city quarters here in Tallinn, which for the first time opened a dialogue between the sea and the city center.
