EfTEN Capital Latvia is proud to inform you that 3 buildings in the real estate portfolio - Duntes Biroji and the buildings "Ausma" and "Valters" of the "Jaunā Teika" office complex have received the prestigious BREEAM In-Use (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate with an assessment "Very good". This significant milestone demonstrates the company's commitment to environmental sustainability and tenant well-being.
BREEAM certification is a globally recognized standard for assessing the environmental performance of buildings, considering various factors such as energy efficiency, water saving, materials used and overall sustainability.
