The ensemble of modernist architecture of the Quarter 3/24 was created between 1905 and 1920. Each house is an independent architectural work, and at the same time is part of a single whole. In the process of careful restoration, modern engineering equipment and high-quality materials of the highest class were used. The ornamental decor under the window openings and stylized ethnographic motifs of the facade have been preserved.
A landscaped courtyard with a paving slab, bicycle racks, with benches of modern design for a short rest in a green area; plantings of perennials, herbaceous perennials are planned in the plant boxes, and wall lanterns will add mood. ‘Kvartāls 3/24’ corresponds to the cultural-classical image of the city. The architecture of the building embodies the traditions of the 20th century and innovative solutions in the category of architectural trends of the past era.
‘Kvartāls 3/24’ is an ensemble of three buildings. Each house is an independent architectural work, and at the same time it is a part of the triunity.
Using new technologies, the facade of the houses, ornamental decor and stylised ethnographic motifs of 1905 were restored, and the entire building was completely reconstructed.
The block features 80 apartments of various formats and sizes: from one-room apartments of 26 sq.m to multi-room apartments of 97 sq.m. The interior and layout are based on the functional aspects of a modern lifestyle. Natural elements, high-quality textiles and finishing materials create a unique atmosphere of comfort and coziness. The house is equipped with a new engineering and technical network, ventilation and a new power supply system. These are compact apartments with a well-thought-out layout: a living room combined with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, an entrance hall with space for built-in wardrobes.
The apartments have a complete interior decoration and bathrooms equipped with finishing materials and equipment of a discreetly modern and durable design:
• wooden windows with double-glazed windows;
• first floor windows with impact-resistant glass
stone tiles in the bathroom;
• shower, Vitro and Tress sanitary ware, sinks with mixers.
