The project “Ezera SOLO” is located at Ezermalas Street 4, in the Vidzemes suburbs of Riga, near Mežaparks, in the block surrounded by Ezermalas, Viskaļu, Sprukstes and Mailīšu streets. The building is located in a quiet, green, fenced area with paved paths, a children's playground and a green area for relaxation. In the project "Ezera SOLO" the building has been completely reconstructed, restoring its visual image - reconstructing the facade as well as completely replacing its internal communication system and creating bright and beautiful common areas of the building for the convenience of residents. As a result of the reconstruction, 105 one and two room apartments with an area of 15.70 - 34.50 m2 have been built in the building.

The apartment building was built in 1970 and has five above ground floors, brick walls and reinforced concrete panel structures. The apartments are offered with white finish: partitions, heating system, electricity, sewerage and cold water supply in the bathroom and kitchen, water, electricity and heating meters, exterior doors, window sills.

The apartments in the project "Ezera SOLO" will be a suitable home for those who do not appreciate the closeness of nature and the possibility to easily get to any part of the city in a short time.
