Architecturally designed as one and two-story volumes, so that the entire village has a nice rhythmic effect and creates good environment. As a rule, the boxes are slightly offset from each other, which means that it is always possible to find a corner to be by yourself. Each box has a large terrace and its own part of the garden.

Buildings are open to the sun, the rhythm of living in the whole project is such that we have separated cars from places of being, living in spacious courtyards is pleasant when it is not mixed with cars.

According to the architectural solution, the exterior walls of the building are insulated, covered with plaster, paneling and/or facade panels.

Structures
Bearing walls of the building are made of blocks with the width depending on the load capacity of the wall. The walls around the apartments are from the 240mm wide blocks. Block walls are screeded and painted. Non-bearing walls inside the apartments are built as drywalls on the steel frame, filled and painted.

The walls of the shafts are made of small blocks screeded and painted from the apartment side.

Intermediate floors are built from assembled hollow panels with footstep noise suppression and concrete casting. The building has an insulated flat roof, covered with rolling material.

Windows
The building has windows with PVC-frames. The windows are triple glazed and open partially.

Heating and ventilation
Heating of the apartment is solved with apartment-based air to water heat pump, heat carrier is the water underfloor heating.

All apartments shall have apartment-based ventilation.

Electrical, communication installation and lighting
Indoor wiring, switches, and sockets installed according to apartment floor plan (will be specified during design works). Apartment-based remote electrical meter is installed in the main electrical cabinet of the building.

LED lighting of the bathroom, toilets and hall (inside the suspended ceiling) is installed as part of the interior finishing package. Power supply necessary for installation of lighting is foreseen at the places for luminaries. Luminaries shall not be installed.

CAT6 data cabling provided, so a buyer can subscribe with any service provider.

Fire safety
A local battery-powered smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

Finishing
The walls and ceilings of the living spaces are painted, veneered parquet is used for floor finishing.

The walls and ceilings of living spaces will be painted, the bathroom walls will be covered with ceramic tiles or painted based on the architectural project (walls of small toilets are painted). Floors of the toilets, bathrooms and saunas are covered with ceramic tiles.
