Architecture and Design.
The architectural concept has been created by architect Zane Tetere-Šulce in collaboration with the internationally recognised architectural practice OAD (Open Architecture Design), whose work has received acclaim in Barcelona, Berlin, London, and Dubai.
The landscape architecture has been designed by Linda Zaļā, creating an environment where nature seamlessly complements the building’s architecture and everyday living experience. The architecture is characterised by understated elegance, natural materials, warm tones, and expansive glazing that allows the surrounding environment to become an integral part of the living space. The development is scheduled for completion at the end of 2027. Apartment reservations are currently available.
