About the Renovation Works
Extensive renovation works are currently underway, with completion scheduled for the end of this summer. The goal of the renovation is to provide modern comfort while fully preserving the building's historical charm:
▪️ Renovation of the building facades, roof restoration, and attic insulation;
▪️ High-quality finishing in the staircases, including the restoration of original wooden windows and historical doors with brass fittings;
▪️ Full replacement of all utilities – new electrical supply, as well as new water, sewage, ventilation, and heating risers;
▪️ Landscaping of the inner courtyards – including greenery, lounge areas with tables and benches, and tasteful lighting for both the facades and the courtyard.
